Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our presentations
How long is a presentation?
Our standard session runs 45-60 minutes, which we find is the ideal length for maintaining engagement while respecting resident energy levels. We can adjust to 30 minutes for groups with limited attention spans.
How many residents can attend?
We accommodate groups of 10-40 residents comfortably. For larger facilities, we can schedule multiple sessions. Smaller groups (15-25) often yield the most interactive experience.
What equipment do you need?
We bring everything! Screen, projector, sound system, life-size replicas, and sensory materials. We just need a room with chairs and access to electrical outlets. Setup takes 15 minutes.
What is the format?
Our sessions are highly interactive, not lectures. We encourage questions, stories, and conversation. Residents can handle replicas, smell scented materials, and participate at their comfort level. No art knowledge required!
